What is HRDF / HRD Corp and how does it work?

HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) is a statutory body under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources. Employers with 10+ employees contribute a monthly levy. These funds can be fully claimed back for approved training — including our team building programmes.
Is my company eligible to claim?

Malaysian companies in manufacturing and services with 10+ employees are required to contribute and eligible to claim. Companies with fewer employees may opt in voluntarily. Contact us and we'll verify your eligibility for free.
How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 4–6 weeks in advance for HRD Corp SBL-Khas grant approval (minimum 2-week processing). For larger groups, 8 weeks is ideal.
What HRDF documentation do you provide?

We prepare the full training outline, learning objectives, trainer CVs, attendance records and post-training reports — all formatted to HRD Corp standards. Our team guides your HR through the entire SBL-Khas process.
Is the BBQ dinner included in the package?

BBQ is an optional upgrade at RM25/pax (RM35/pax at Waterfall Retreat). It includes LiLLA's signature grilled items, main course, appetisers, fruit and beverages. Add-ons: beef, seafood and kambing are also available.
Can you accommodate large groups of 200+?

Yes. Our Summer Retreat accommodates up to 500 pax and our largest events have hosted 600+ participants. Contact us for a bespoke proposal for large groups.
